Grab some cotton balls or white pom poms and roll a die! Count the numbers on the face of the die, then place a cotton ball or pom pom everywhere you see the number in the globe. Repeat this step until every circle with a number inside has been covered up. If you don’t have cotton balls or pom poms, cut out some circles out of white paper for the same effect. If you have glue, you may glue the cotton balls, pom poms, or paper circles to your snow globe for a three dimensional look. This activity was originally created to go with the book Santa in a Snow Globe but can be used anytime you’re looking for a fun, winter, activity for preschoolers.
