Glue the toilet paper tolls together using glue and let dry.

Use color or decorative tape (or thin strips of paper) to add an accent to each end of the toilet paper rolls.
-
Use the pencil to mark where you will make holes to insert the string along the outer edges of each toilet paper roll.
-
Use scissors or a hole punch to make holes where you drew the pencil markings.
-
Insert and secure the string to the holes, then add a dab of glue to secure the string inside each toilet paper roll.
