Each winter, children look forward to snow and snowflakes. Now, the waiting is over! They can make their very own paper snowflakes — and it’s sooooo easy!

This snowflake making activity was inspired by the book, Santa in a Snow GlobeNot sure where to start? Print this free and easy snowflake pattern for kids. Remember, every snowflake is unique. Plus, there’s no wrong way to make a snowflake. So, fold a sheet of paper and see what happens!

You’ll need:

  • 8.5” x 11” sheets of white paper

  • Scissors (and your adult)

  • If you’d like to stick your snowflakes to windows, you’ll want painter’s tape or washi tape
