This video is all about how to make a strawberry craft for kids!
This easy kids craft can be made in just a few-minutes, making it great for little kids with shorter attention spans. All you really need is a some construction paper, glue, scissors, a pencil or crayon and some black paint.
This easy craft for preschoolers was inspired by the sticker book book I Love Strawberries, written by Shannon Anderson and illustrated by Jaclyn Sinquett. Read my review here.
To make this strawberry paper craft you’ll need:
- 1 sheet of red or pink construction paper
- 1 sheet of green construction paper
- Scissors (and your adult)
- Glue (and your adult)
- Black paint (and your adult)
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Cut out a shape that loosely resembles a large heart out of the red or pink construction paper
- Use your pencil or crayon to draw a stem; then cut it out
- Glue the bottom portion of your stem onto the body of your strawberry
- Dip your finger into the black paint then press the paint onto the red (or pink) construction paper to make your “seeds.” That’s it! Easy, right?!
